Day of Coordinator
This package is designed to assist couples in enjoying their special day. Seeing all their planning and hard work come into fruition. We step in 30 days out from the event and become the liaison between couple and vendors. Our goal is to ensure peace of mind for the couple. Our first step is to create a master timeline that will be approved by you and then shared with all parties involved.
We will meet with vendors and ensure deliveries are handled correctly. We’re here to handle any last-minute emergencies, help with running the rehearsal, setting up the ceremony and reception spaces, and ultimately, we are there to ensure your day is perfect. We will make sure the space is left clean, will collect all personal items and wedding gifts, and will help with anything you may need.

Partial Planning
This package is perfect for the couple that has started booking and securing a venue and vendors and needs assistance in selecting remaining vendors as well as tying up loose ends and finalizing details. Partial planning includes everything included in Day of Coordination along with scheduling walkthroughs, tastings as well as hair and make-up consultations. We’re here to help you finalize and execute what you started. Flawlessly and with the goal to make your day full of joy and happiness.
Full Planning
Our Full Planning Package is just that! We will help you from the very beginning, sitting down with you to understand your vision and make your dream day come to life. When couples get Full Planning with Daniela’s Events, they get a seamless service that will provide them with an easygoing, stress-free process. Along with the above, we will read and respond to your emails, negotiate pricing, and deal with all of the small things. Most importantly, our years of experience in the industry allow us to make decisions that will result in a smooth, successful day. We know the details of the contracts, the specifics of rentals, and the requirements for you to be able to
enjoy without worrying about anything else. Lastly, this package includes our Ladies in Waiting, where one of our specialized team members will join the bride or groom to help with last-minute details such as steaming dresses and suits, getting water, handling food orders, or just about anything else. We’re here to help!
